Reality TV star Phyna has defeated actress Nkechi Blessing by knockout in the fourth round of a historic female celebrity boxing bout organised by Balmoral Group.

The bout marked the first female celebrity boxing event staged by the group, bringing the two entertainers into the ring for four rounds of intense action before Phyna secured a decisive victory.

Phyna, who appeared determined throughout the contest, celebrated the win and revealed her ambition to take boxing beyond the celebrity arena and pursue the sport professionally.

She also wasted no time in setting her sights on another opponent, calling out fellow entertainer Etinosa for her next potential fight.

Etinosa responded to the challenge with a brief but confident message: “Challenge accepted.”

Phyna’s victory also came with substantial rewards. Worldstreet, a trading, gaming and entertainment platform, presented her with ₦50 million following the bout.

She was also gifted an electric vehicle as part of the prizes for her victory.

The event further highlighted the growing interest in celebrity boxing in Nigeria, as entertainers continue to combine sports and showbiz to create high-profile contests for their audiences.
